Terms & Conditions

By booking with us, you agree to the following ;

1.  Bookings & Deposits – Deposits may be required for longer appointments and are non-refundable if cancelled/rescheduled with <48 hours notice.

2.  Cancellations/No-Shows – <48hours notice = 50% charge (or full deposit). Life happens – just let us know ASAP! If you do not attend you appointment, full service cost will be charged.

3.  Lateness – More than 15 mins late may mean a shortened or rescheduled appointment (full price still applies).

4.  Children & Guests – Please only bring children/guests who have appointments (safety first!).

5.  Patch Tests – Required 48 hours before any tint/colour service (new clients or 6+ months since last one).

6.  Photos & Social Media – We love sharing our work! You give permission for photos/videos of your results to be used on our socials & website. Want your face cropped or no photos at all? Just say the word – we’ll respect it 100%.

7.  Payments – Cash, card or contactless – full payment at the end of your appointment.

8.  Loyalty & Referral Offers – Non-transferable, non-cash, and we can change/withdraw them anytime.

9.  Health & Satisfaction – Tell us about allergies/conditions. Not happy? Let us know within 2 days and we’ll fix it free (no refunds, but we’ll make it right!).

10.  Prices & Belongings – Prices may vary/change. We’re not responsible for lost/damaged items.

11.  Privacy – Your data is safe and only used for bookings & occasional offers (opt out anytime).
