-Please try to be on time to your appointments I understand if you are running late so I do allow a 15 minutes safe time . Any time after this your appointment will be unfortunately lost.
- i do allow 1 other person coming to the appointments but please let me know beforehand.
- I do not offer refunds.
- I accept cash or bank transfer . which will need to be paid for before or straight after your appointment.
- A £15 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted at your appointment.
- no shows will be required to pay full amount. failure to pay will result in no further appointments booked with me.
- if there is an issue with your treatment please inform me within 24 hours .
- when you arrive please let me know you are outside and I will come to the side gate.
