Your appointments are reserved especially for you, and I truly value your time and mine.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48hours notice. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client.
To secure your appointment, card details are required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel with less than 48hours notice or do not attend your appointment. In this case, the £10 booking fee will be charged to the card provided.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you understand & accept this policy and authorise the charge if the cancellation terms are not met.
