1. Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits are deducted from the final balance of your treatment. 2. Payment Policy • A payment link will be sent to you to settle the remaining balance. • Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the link. • If payment is not received within 48 hours, the outstanding balance will be automatically taken from the same payment method used to pay your deposit. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit. • Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will result in full payment being charged. 4. Client Responsibility • Please be on time for your appointment. Lateness may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation. • Pre-treatment and aftercare advice must be followed for best results. 5. Refunds • Deposits are strictly non-refundable. • Refunds are not issued for late cancellations, no-shows, or where the client has not followed pre-treatment /aftercare instructions. 6.
