30% Deposits are required to secure appointments, reserve time and cover initial preparation costs. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received via bank transferred, deposits are non-refundable.
All bookings can be amended by client via booking system Or contacting BB Beauty. Client arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled this will also require full payment of confirmed appointment. If client cancels within the 24 hour period this will require the remainder amount of scheduled appointment. Payment must be paid before any future bookings are made. Card details are stored by stripe to pay bookings and appointment fees. Failure to attend or contact BB Beauty a last minute cancellation/no-show fee will be taken.
