Literally incredible from start to finish! ✨ I honestly can’t recommend Gemma at Brow Plus enough. She goes above and beyond every single time and explains everything so perfectly, making you feel completely at ease. Not only is she absolutely incredible with brows, but she also does the most amazing facial massage using Tropic products. It was genuinely unreal — so relaxing, and my skin has never glowed so much! 😍✨ Gemma is amazing at what she does and you can tell how much care she puts into every treatment. Would recommend her in a heartbeat! 🤍

My first time and I’ll be coming back. Gemma was amazing and I laughed the whole time. I had HD Brows and Lash Lift for the first time and they look exactly how I imagined, very happy. Already looking forward to going back!

Fantastic experience really appreciated the warm welcome from Gemma. The best part and the most refreshing part of the experience was that Gemma offered her advice straight off the bat. There was no indecisive "Well maybe we could try..." It was, "Don't waste your money you need this, now let's book a date!" I loved it 🥰 ... Now if she could that with the rest of my life, the sky's the limit lol...so back at the end of April 2026 for Ombre Brows and I am buzzing (I'm 53 and should not be using the word buzzing 🐝) xx
