By booking an appointment with Brows by Lils, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions: All appointments must be confirmed in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients, and the full service fee may still apply.
