By booking an appointment with Brows Amore, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients. Please read carefully before making or attending an appointment.

2. Appointments
	• All appointments must be booked in advance via website.
	• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for consultation and preparation.
	• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and a late fee may apply.
	• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Deposits & Payments
	• A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment.
	• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
	• We accept cash, card or bank transfer.
	• Deposits are non-transferable unless proper notice is given (see cancellation policy).

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
	• Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
	• Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will result in a loss of deposit. Cancellations made 24 hours before appointment will result in full charge of service.
	• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay in full before rebooking.
	• If you need to reschedule, please do so via booking system or phone.

5. Patch Tests
	• Patch tests are mandatory for all new clients and must be done at least 48 hours before certain treatments (e.g., tinting, lash lifts).
	• You must inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment.

6. Aftercare & Client Responsibility
	• You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.
	• Results may vary depending on your natural lashes/brows, aftercare, and lifestyle.
	• We are not responsible for reactions or results due to failure to follow aftercare advice.

7. Refunds & Complaints
	• All services are non-refundable once completed.
	• If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and offer a correction if appropriate.
	• Corrections are at the discretion of the technician and must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Health & Safety
	• Please arrive with clean eyes/brows and no makeup.
	• Do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have an eye infection.
	• We reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise your health or safety.
	• Children or additional guests are not permitted in the treatment area for safety reasons.

	• Your personal information is kept confidential and used solely for booking and treatment purposes.
	• We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.

	• Before & after photos may be taken for documentation and promotional use.
