Booking fee

- A non-refundable booking fee applies to all appointments.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled with more than 72 hours notice, and the booking fee can be carried over to the new appointment.

Cancellations and no shows

Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be not be refunded the booking fee and a new booking fee is required to rebook. No Shows and cancellations on the day of appointment will be subject to pay 100% of the treatment cost.

Patch tests

Patch tests are required for all new clients at least 48hrs before your appointment. If you have not had a patch test with me prior to your appointment the treatment can not go ahead and your booking fee will not be refunded.

Brow wax and facial waxing appointments do not require a patch test.
