Terms & Conditions

A 50% booking fee is required to secure all bookings. This fee is non-refundable but may be transferred if at least 48 hours’ notice is given to amend or reschedule your appointment.

* A minimum of 1 week’s notice is required to reschedule semi-permanent brow and fine line tattoo appointments due to the length of these treatments.

A patch test is required for all applicable treatments (excluding shaping appointments) and must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you arrive without a valid patch test, I will be unable to carry out your treatment. This will result in the loss of your deposit, and the remaining balance will still be due.

Please note that patch tests are valid for 6 months. After this time, a new patch test will be required.
