Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings, this is non-refundable but transferable if 48 hours for the amendment of appointment is giving. Patch tests are required for all appointments (shaping appointments are exempt from this) at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment without a patch test having been done, I will not be able to carry out your treatment and this will result in loss of deposit. Please note: Patch tests are only valid for 6 months, after this time a new one will be required. Please ensure you arrive to your appointment alone unless this has been agreed beforehand.
