Terms & Conditions

1) Policy applies to all clients.

2) Browtopia & Beyond requires an upfront payment.

3) If you do not show up with you will be charged 100% of the appointment value for the service.

4)You can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.

5) If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

7) Please note that no shows will still be charged the full amount.

8) You must STOP 2 WEEKS BEFORE the use of any harsh skincare such as vitamin C, tea tree etc and AHA’s, retinols etc. Any harsh skincare or any actives.

9) Consultation forms must be completed before the appointment. If not this could result your appointment being cancelled
