Terms and Conditions

Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Refunds: • All deposits are strictly non-refundable. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the total booking cost. • Refunds may be granted at the owner’s discretion in exceptional circumstances. Late Arrivals & No Shows: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion, but the full booking fee will still apply. Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged at 100% of the total booking cost. Amendments: I reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via my website and/or booking confirmation emails. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
