Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the total booking cost.
• Refunds may be granted at the owner’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Services & Upgrades

Please ensure you select the correct service when booking. If your requirements mean a higher-priced service is needed, your booking will be upgraded and the difference will be payable on the day.

For wedding bookings, bridal services must be booked. If a booking is made as a standard or non-bridal service but is subsequently identified as a bridal booking, or the nature of the appointment changes to a wedding service, the booking will be subject to the applicable bridal pricing and terms. Any difference in price will be payable on the day.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

Late arrival may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled at my discretion, but the full booking fee will still apply.

Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged at 100% of the total booking cost.
