1. Appointments and Deposits
All appointments require a deposit of at least 50% of the total treatment cost at the time of booking.
The deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will forfeit the deposit.
All clients can reschedule their appointment by website or message me privately before time required above.
3. No-Shows
In the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Late Arrivals
Clients are allowed a grace period of 10 minutes.
Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment.
5. General Liability
The salon is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects. Clients are encouraged to fill out and sign a form before every treatment.
