All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. You may move your booking once with adequate notice (48 hours notice or more before your treatment) If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours you will loose your deposit and need to re pay a new one to make a new booking. Please be on time, if you are 15 minutes late or more I may not be able to carry out your treatment and you will loose your deposit. (I allocate the correct time for each treatment to be done at the highest standard without rushing or affecting the next client) For any Aesthetic treatment including dermal filler, skin booster or anti-wrinkle treatment also SMPU treatment you must be 18+ (no exceptions)
