Cancellation & late policy information
cancellations/amendments to appointments need to be made 48hrs in advance will not incur a charge.
a 50% charge will be applied to cancellations/amendments made to a booking within 48hrs of the clients appointment.
a 100% charge will be applied to cancellations 24hrs before your initial appointment.
clients who do not attend their allocated appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. The charges need to be paid within 48hrs. failure to do so will result in being blacklisted from Butchart’s Beauty.
i offer a 20 minute grace period. if you still havent made it to your appointment after 20 minutes it could result in a cancellation & reschedule and also pay a late fee.
Amendment policy
should you be unhappy with your treatment, you will need a consultation with myself 48hrs after your appointment to discuss amendment.
please note- refunds will only be processed after a consultation within 48hrs after your treatment.
