If you are between 5-10 minutes late for your appointment, l will be unable to do any form of nail art on your nails including French tip. It you are 15 or more minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full price. If this is not paid before your next booking, your next appointment will be cancelled.
Nails can sometimes "pop off' or "chip" unexpectedly. This does not happen often, but if it does happen within 24 hours of your initial appointment I will ask you to come back in so l can assess the nail and ofter to replace and repaint free of charge. Any repairs after 24 hours of your appointment will be charged at £5 per nail.
Upon booking you will be asked for a fee of £10 up front, this will be taken off your final amount. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48hrs notice a 100% charge will be requested. If this is not paid, you will be unable to book again without doing so.
First Time Client Policy
To secure your first appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Please note, the booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel or fail to attend your appointment.
