Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Late Cancellations Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost.
No-Shows Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the total appointment cost. 5. Outstanding Payments No future appointments can be booked until all outstanding payments have been settled. Any pre-booked appointments may be cancelled if these policies are not adhered to. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
