By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.
Online bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. In-salon or manual bookings may also require a deposit at our discretion.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 5% of the total treatment price is required for all online bookings.
The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
By booking online, you consent to your card details being securely stored by our booking/payment provider in accordance with their security and data protection policies. We do not have direct access to your full card details.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, I ask that you respect my time and other clients.
• Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not incur a charge (deposit remains non-refundable).
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total treatment cost.
• Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will also result in a 100% charge.
We reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee to the card details held on file.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients. Full treatment charges will still apply. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your appointment and the cancellation policy will apply.
Payments
Payment for treatments is due on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment methods as stated on our website.
Health & Medical Conditions
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancies prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information collected during booking or treatment is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to provide our services.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
