Appointments can be booked via telephone, text, e-mail and my online booking system A 50% deposit is required upon booking your appointment. Your deposit is redeemable against the cost of your treatment. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or to re-arrange an appointment Cancellations within 24 hours or 'no shows' your deposit will not be refunded Repeated 'no shows' may result in refusal of future treatments with me
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and drop me a message when you are here and I will come and let you in. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time or may require you to re-book another appointment. If this happens, your deposit is non refundable.
Payment is due at the time of treatment I accept the following methods of payments Bank transfer (preferred) Cash, Debit/Credit card, Mobile/Contactless and Gift vouchers. I do not accept Amex. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash Lost/misplaced vouchers can not be replaced Expired vouchers can not be redeemed Voucher purchases are non refundable.
Treatments are carried out form my home based treatment room, for your safety and comfort I operate on a one-in-one out / one to one basis only. Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. Some treatments may require permission from a GP or healthcare professional. If this is not obtained prior to your appointment, your treatment may be cancelled and you may be liable for the cost. I reserve the right to refuse a treatment if a condition poses a health risk to you or to me as the therapist. Clients under the age of 16 must have parental consent. Please advise me if you are pregnant or if there is a possibility of pregnancy at the time of your appointment.
Always place burning candles on heat resistant surfaces. Keep candles away from draughts and flammable materials, ensure that placed away from curtains, fabrics and other flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended as this poses a fire risk. Always trim the wick of your candle before lighting, this ensures safe burning and prevents over heating. Keep clothes and hair away from the naked flame. Extinguish candles before moving them. Always use a snuffer or spoon to extinguish the candle flame, as blowing them out can cause hot embers and hot wax flying. Always double-check that the flame has been completely extinguished and not left smouldering.
Some treatments require additional consultation forms to be completed, this will be done at the time of your consultation / patch test appointment. All treatment times stated are approximate and include a buffer time, allowing me to clean down and reset ready for the next appointment. A patch test is required for tinting and lash lifting services at least 24 hours prior to your treatment You are required to book a separate patch test appoint for the above services. If you fail to do this then your deposit will not be refunded or carried over to another appointment. I offer treatment packages of multiple treatments that are discounted as a package. Treatment packages are to be used at one appointment and are not allowed to be split between appointments.
Services and products are non refundable If you are dissatisfied with your service please inform me and I shall work with you to try and resolve the issue
For your comfort and as I work from home, treatments are carried out on a one to one/ one in one out basis only. Please note that there may be some residual noise coming from outside, if you require a quieter time slot please let me know in advance of your booking.
