Cancellations-
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged your full appointment price. If you cancel within 48 hours you will be charged half of your appointment price. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you need to change your appointment as long as it is outside of the 48 hours.
*** If you book for a design and decide you want plain or less design than you've booked for, you will still be required to pay for what you've booked unless you've given me 48 hours notice - this is because it goes down as a cancellation and not only effects my expected income, but it also messes up my times.
No shows-
You will be charged your full appointment price if you don't show up & you will not be able to book back in until this is paid. I understand things happen so please just let me know if you cant come.
Lates-
If you are running late please let me know. If you are anymore than 5-10 minutes late we might not be able to do a design and it may have to be plain. If youre booked for plain & are anymore than 10 minutes late the appointment will not be able to go ahead and you will be charged your full appointment price.
Earlies-
If you arrive early for your appointment please text me to let me know and if i can bring you in early i will. Please refrain from knocking any earlier than 5 minutes of the time of your appointment.
Removals-
Removals every 3-4 sets are my policy and this needs to be done for me to check on the health of the natural nail. Please dont put this off. I try to remind as much as i can but i cant keep on top of everyones so please make sure you’re booking them in!
