• Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours

• Avoid steam, saunas & excessive heat for 24–48 hours

• Do not rub, pull or pick at your lashes

• Clean lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser

• Brush through gently with a clean spoolie

• Avoid oil-based products around the eyes

• Do not use mascara on extensions

• Sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase

• Book infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness

  • Avoid getting your lashes wet for 24–48 hours (no swimming, steam, or heavy sweating).
  • Do not use mascara for at least 24 hours.
  • Avoid oil-based products around the eyes (cleansers, makeup removers, serums).
  • Do not rub, pull, or sleep directly on your lashes.
  • Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and hot yoga for the first 24–48 hours.
  • Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie to keep them lifted and separated.
  • Use a lash conditioner or serum (if recommended by your technician).
  • Be gentle when removing eye makeup.
  • Avoid waterproof mascara long-term, as it can weaken the lift.

  • Be gentle — excessive pressure can cause lifting or breakage

  • Never peel or force removal — always have BIAB/gel professionally soaked off
