These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services and booking arrangements with By Erika. By booking an appointment or receiving any treatment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered

By Erika specialises in aesthetic and semi-permanent beauty treatments, including but not limited to:

• Permanent makeup (PMU), including lip blush, microblading, eyeliner, and faux freckles
• Lash treatments
• Brow treatments

2. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
• A minimum of 7 calendar days is required to reschedule an appointment, retaining the original deposit.
• If an appointment is cancelled within this time frame, deposit is forefeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment date. There is no guarantee that a preferred booking date will be available.
• Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the scheduled appointment may, at our discretion, result in the full cost of the appointment being charged.
• Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
• In such cases, your deposit may be forfeited.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

They expire six (6) months from the date of purchase.

No change or cash back will be given if the voucher’s value is greater than the service or product redeemed for.

Voucher must be presented at the time of booking, and physically shown at the appointment. Lost vouchers or failure to show proof of purchase may result in the voucher not being honoured.

6. Suitability for Treatment

It is your responsibility to ensure you are suitable for the treatment booked. Certain medical conditions, age restriction, medications, or skin conditions may prevent treatment.

By Erika reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. In such cases, deposits may be transferred at discretion.

7. Results & Expectations

Results from treatments such as permanent makeup vary between individuals depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

• No guarantees can be made regarding healed results.
• Additional sessions or top-ups may be required and are not always included in the initial price.

8. Patch Testing

Patch tests may be required for certain treatments (especially lash and brow services).

Failure to attend a required patch test may result in cancellation of your appointment.

9. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for achieving the best results.

• Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed.
• By Erika is not responsible for poor results due to failure to follow aftercare advice.

10. Refund Policy

All treatments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of aesthetic services, time, products, and expertise cannot be refunded once a treatment has been carried out.

11. Health & Safety

You must disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, and medications prior to treatment.

By Erika is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

12. Right to Refuse Service

By Erika reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Unsuitable medical conditions
• Inappropriate behaviour
• Unrealistic expectations

13. Photography & Social Media

Photos of treatments may be taken for record-keeping and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please inform us in advance.

14. A Amendments

By Erika reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply to bookings.
