Welcome to BY Evie. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Policy

A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Appointments are only confirmed once the booking fee has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.

No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. Repeat no-shows may require full payment before future appointments can be booked.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled to avoid delaying other clients. In this case, your booking fee may be forfeited.

Client Responsibility

Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or changes to your health before your appointment. This ensures treatments can be carried out safely.

Children & Guests

To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, please attend your appointment alone unless agreed otherwise.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty treatments, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed. If you have any concerns with your treatment, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment.

Treatment Results

Results vary from person to person depending on natural hair growth, skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. Following the recommended aftercare advice is essential to achieve the best possible results.

Right to Refuse Service

BY Evie reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if these terms and conditions are not respected.
