You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the booking fee will be charged. Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: The full booking fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
