Terms and conditions

All appointments are to be booked through DM or Solo. To book your appointment a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Being any more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and charged the remainder of your appointment. You will be refused further service until payment is received. Appointments are able to be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment, anything within 48 hours will be classed as a new appointment. I do not infill other people’s work, please only book infills for my work. Arrive to your appointment with clean lashes/face. Please make sure you follow correct aftercare. All payments are to be made at the end of your appointment by bank transfer, card or cash. If you choose to pay by cash please try bring the correct amount as I may not be able to provide change. If you are unable to pay for your appointment without a genuine and valid reason and do not pay by the end of the day you will be refused further service. I do not tolerate any form of rudeness, abuse or hostile activity. If you start displaying these things then I will have to cut your appointment short with full payment still to be made, decline any future appointments and block you from using the booking system. This is for my safety alongside the other girls I work with. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service or experience any form of reaction due to no fault of my own you will not be entitled to any refund. You will also not be entitled to any refund if you need to cancel your appointment within a 48 hour window, or have any issues with services 4 days after your appointment. Refunds are only applicable if I have made an error with your booking, have caused a reaction which could have been avoided, or have to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, in these cases your deposit will be fully refunded and a 20% discount applied to your next appointment.
