Terms and Conditions

BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

  • All appointments must be made via the booking system or DM. DM does not facilitate card-capturing, so deposits may be asked for through this system.
  • Payment is due on the day of the appointment. Prices are non-negotiable - by nothingness, you agree to service pricing and all policies listed.
  • There are no exceptions made for any client - this ensures complete fairness and consistency for everyone.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellation policy applies to ALL clients:

  • more than 48 hours' notice = no charge
  • less than 48 hours' notice = 50% of the service price
  • less than 24 hours / no-show = 100% of the service price

Unpaid cancellation fees will result in refusal of future bookings.

Cancellation fees apply regardless of reason including illness and personal circumstances. It is NEVER personal 🫶🏼 it is solely to protect myself and my business.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time. Appointment times are allocated carefully.

  • Up to 15 mins late - appointment may be shortened
  • 20 mins+ late - appointment be cancelled and charged in full
  • I cannot work beyond the allocated time as it impacts other clients.

If you are running late, please message me as soon as possible!

DESIGNS, PRICING & APPOINTMENT TIMES

I usually allocate a 2 hour slot (often will be shown with a

'French manicure' add-on in confirmation email) - this is when i have not been given details on the preferred design for the appointment.

Your final price will depend on the design chosen at your appointment. This may mean it is slightly cheaper than a french manicure, or slightly more expensive!

Please communicate your design idea as early as possible so that the right amount of time can be allocated. Last minute design changes may not always be possible.

COMMUNICATION

  • Preferred contact: Instagram DM

  • Replies are during business hours only. Any replies outside of these hours are not guaranteed.

  • Late-night or emergency messages are okay, but please understand that I may not reply immediately.

  • RESPECT

As much as this may seem like a huge massive power-house of a business (lol), I am a human behind this business of mine and will only tolerate being treated respectfully.

Zero tolerance for:

  • rude/aggressive messages
  • intimidation/harassment
  • repeated boundary pushing
  • disrespectful behaviour in person or online

Any of the above will result in immediate termination of the client relationship. Future bookings will be refused and no refunds will be issued.

I reserve the right to refuse or end a service at any time if i feel unsafe, disrespected, or uncomfortable.

REFUNDS

• I do not offer refunds on any service.

Due to the time, product, and expertise involved, I do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

• If you have any concerns or issues, please contact me.

I am always happy to address any issues or concerns and resolve problems where possible.

• If urgent, and i am yet to see your message, all fixes can be booked through my booking system.

I will always get back to you, it just may take me a bit of time, so please always use my booking system to book in some time for me to fix anything, and pricing/replies to the issue will always be addressed.
