NAILS:
1. Deposits
A 25% deposit of the total treatment price is required to secure your appointment.
This will go toward your final bill.
2. Cancellations
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, your deposit will be non-refundable.
3. No-Shows
If you do not show up, you will be charged for the full price of your appointment.
4. Lateness
There is a 15-minute grace period if you're running late. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded.

Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Deposits
All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
This deposit secures your appointment and contributes towards the time reserved and any preparation work, including design.
Deposits are non-refundable where you cancel or change your mind.
Deposits may be retained where insufficient notice is given, as this reflects the loss of the appointment slot.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Where sufficient notice is given, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being retained.
3. Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be retained to cover the loss of the reserved time and any preparation undertaken.
In limited circumstances, where the appointment slot can be re-filled, a transfer may be offered at the artist’s discretion.
4. No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the deposit being retained in full.
A new deposit will be required to rebook.
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, or are not ready to begin at your scheduled time, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation. In this case, your deposit will be retained.
A new deposit will be required to rebook.
6. Design Process
Design work is typically completed close to the appointment date.
Minor adjustments can be made on the day of your appointment.
Significant design changes may require the appointment to be rescheduled and may result in the deposit being retained.
7. Pricing & Payment
Final pricing will be confirmed prior to or on the day of your appointment, depending on the design and time required.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
8. Suitability for Tattooing
It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically and physically suitable for a tattoo.
You must inform the artist of any medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or medications that may affect the tattoo process or healing.
The artist reserves the right to refuse or stop a tattoo if it is not safe to proceed. In such cases, deposits may be retained to cover time and preparation
9. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid ID may be required.
10. Aftercare
Aftercare instructions will be provided.
Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect healing and the final result.
11. Touch-Ups
A touch-up may be offered where appropriate, subject to the artist’s assessment.
Touch-ups must typically be booked within a reasonable timeframe after healing.
Additional charges may apply where poor aftercare or other external factors have affected the tattoo.
12. Right to Refuse Service
The artist reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion, including where behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or the requested design is not suitable.
