Cancellation and Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Payments: Payment for the appointment will be processed on the day of the appointment via a separate card terminal. Cash and bank transfer are also accepted forms of payment. Patch Test: A patch test is required at least 24-48 hours before your appointment for certain treatments. An appointment will not go ahead without a patch test. A new patch test will need to be performed if it’s been more than 6 months since your last visit or if there has been a change in your medical history. We do not sign waiver forms to carry out a treatment without a patch test. No Children: For safety and to respect other members of staff and their clients, children are not permitted during appointments.
