Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

No Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, or do not cancel/reschedule in advance, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment. This policy is in place to respect both my time and other clients who may have wanted the slot. Please ensure any changes or cancellations are made in advance to avoid this charge.

Failure to undergo patch test (new clients)

If you have booked a lash or brow treatment and arrive without completing a required patch test beforehand, I will be unable to proceed with your appointment and the full treatment cost will still be charged.
