Cancellation PolicyYou can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
No Show PolicyIf you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, or do not cancel/reschedule in advance, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment. This policy is in place to respect both my time and other clients who may have wanted the slot. Please ensure any changes or cancellations are made in advance to avoid this charge.
