Bookings can be rescheduled (without charge) more than 24 hours before the appointment.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment requires 50% payment towards the appointment price.

Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment requires 100% payment price - without paying this, you will not be able to rebook with myself.
