By booking an appointment with me through Solo, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.
1. Deposits
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully paid.
- The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment.
2. Consultation Forms
- All clients must complete the necessary consultation forms prior to their appointment.
- Forms must be filled out honestly and accurately.
- Failure to complete consultation forms may result in rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the full cancellation policy available on my website.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Any cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Failure to attend your appointment without providing at least 48 hours’ notice will result in being charged 100% of the remaining appointment balance.
- Missed appointments or failure to comply with this policy may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
- A 10-minute grace period is permitted.
- If you arrive later than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment may be:
- Shortened to fit within the remaining time, or
- Considered a late cancellation in line with the website policy.
- Late arrivals beyond the grace period may result in forfeiting your deposit.
5. Client Responsibility
- It is the client’s responsibility to:
- Review all service information prior to booking,
- Disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments on consultation forms,
- Follow all pre- and post-care instructions where applicable.
6. Provider Rights
- I reserve the right to refuse service if:
- A client does not complete required forms,
- A service is deemed unsafe or unsuitable,
- Policies are not followed.
7. Agreement
By booking through Solo, you confirm that you have:
- Read and accepted these Terms & Conditions,
- Reviewed the cancellation policy on the website,
- Agree to comply with all requirements listed above.
