If you are unable to make your appointment or wish to reschedule I ask for at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to let me know I ask for 50% of the charge from your service you were booked in for.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment I may have to cancel your appointment, as there may not be enough time to fit your service in so please be on time!
Please arrive without any eye or brow makeup and no not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment.
Please ensure you have read and agreed to my policies before booking in with me. It is your responsibility to do so.
