A deposit is required at time of booking,
this is deducted off your final balance.

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within 48hrs will require the full remaining
balance.
No shows will not be tolerated. If no
show, you will be charged the full
amount of the treatment. You will not be able to book back in until this hasbeen paid.
To qualify for an infill you must have 40-50% of lashes remaning.
I will no infill another lash artists work. You will require a removal and full set.
Under no circumstances will refunds be given. In the unlikely event you are not happy with the treatment provided, this must be said before leaving the salon so I can rectify any issues.
You must be 16+ for Eyelash Extensions,
Brows and BIAB.
Please arrive to your appointment on
time. If you're early, please contact us.
We have a 15 minutes lateness policy,
after this time frame we will be unable
to take you and you will still be required
to pay the full remaining balance.
Arrive to your appointment with no eye makeup on, drank any caffeine, no fake
tan.
Attend your appointment alone. If you
intend on bringing someone to your
appointment, please let me know prior.
If you have any issues with the
treatment you were provided like
premature lash loss, this has to be
reported within 48hrs of your
appointment to qualify as a free top up.
Anything reported to me after this time
frame will be charged at infill price.
