By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Appointments • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. • If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. 2. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final price of your treatment. • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment via the accepted payment methods listed on my page. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit. 4. No-Shows • No-shows will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to pay this fee will result in being unable to book future appointments. 5. Age Restrictions • You must be 16+ to book. Anyone under 18 must have parental consent. 6. Health & Safety • If you have any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns, please inform me before your appointment. • I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe a treatment is unsuitable for your health or safety. 7. Nail Aftercare • Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare or misuse. 8. Fixes & Refunds • If you experience an issue within 72 hours of your appointment, please message me so I can assess and offer a fix if needed. • I do not offer refunds once a treatment has been completed.
