If you need to cancel or change your appointment, I require 48 hour notice.

• Appointments cancelled on the day of the treatment, will require 100% of the cost to be paid before being able to make any future appointments.

• Appointments cancelled 24 hours before, will require 50% of the treatment cost before making any future appointments.
