Cancellations & Rescheduling
• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee which is the full amount of your service cost.
• No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the appointment cost.
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged for the full appointment.
Nail Health & Contraindications
• I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I believe your nails or skin are unsuitable for the service (e.g., infections, medical concerns).
• Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
Aftercare & Retention
• Full aftercare advice will be provided.
• I cannot be held responsible for issues that arise due to failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Refunds & Repairs
• No refunds will be given for completed services.
• If you experience any issues with your nails within 3 days of your appointment, please contact me for a complimentary fix.
• After this period, repairs will be charged.
Additional Information
• Children or extra guests are not permitted during your appointment for safety and comfort.
• Please arrive with bare nails unless you have booked for an infill or you have booked a removal.
