A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule before the 24-hour notice period, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will require a new £10 deposit, and 100% of the original appointment cost will be charged. No-shows will also be charged the full appointment amount.
