A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
I allow a 10-minute grace period for lateness. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled as I will no longer be able to carry out the service. The full appointment amount will still be charged.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule within this notice period, your £10 deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will require a new £10 deposit to book again, and 100% of the original appointment cost will be charged.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
