Welcome to my treatment cabin — a calm and relaxing space where you can unwind and take time for yourself. To help you get the most out of your visit, please take a moment to read the following guidance:
Before Your Appointment
- Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or caffeine immediately before your treatment.
- If you’re having a reflexology, facial, or massage, try to wear comfortable clothing and remove jewellery where possible.
- For waxing or tinting, please let me know if you have recently used retinol, had sun exposure, or any skin sensitivity. Patch testing for tinting is required at least 24–48 hours prior to your first treatment.
- Pedicure clients: I have a selection of gel polish colours and a small selection of nail varnish, please feel free to bring bring your own colour nail varnish if you would prefer but please then remember to bring open-toed shoes to allow time for the nails to set.
Health & Comfort
- Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent changes in medication before your treatment.
- If you feel unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment for another time.
- Your comfort is always a priority — if you’re too warm, cold, or uncomfortable during your treatment, just let me know.
