Nails Aftercare

1. Avoid exposing your nails to excessive heat, such as hot water or direct sunlight, for at least 24 hours after the treatment. Heat can cause the gel to lift or weaken. 2. Be gentle with your nails and avoid using them as tools to open packages or perform other tasks that may put pressure on them. This can lead to breakage or damage to the gel. 3. Apply cuticle oil or moisturiser to your nails and cuticles daily to keep them hydrated and prevent them from becoming dry or brittle. 4. Use gloves when doing household chores, such as cleaning or gardening, to protect your nails from harsh chemicals or rough surfaces that could cause the gel to chip or peel. 5. Avoid biting or picking at your nails, as this can damage the gel and weaken your natural nails. If you notice any lifting or peeling, contact me for a repair appointment. This is free within 4 days of application. 6. Schedule regular maintenance appointments every 3 weeks to fill in any gaps or regrowth and keep your nails looking fresh and intact. 7. If you experience any discomfort, redness, or swelling around your nails, remove the gel immediately and consult with a professional to avoid any potential allergic reactions or infections. Remember, proper aftercare is essential to prolong the life of your gel or builder gel nails and maintain their beautiful appearance.
