When booking an appointment, an email will be sent to you which includes a set of terms and conditions which must be accepted before your treatment commences.
Booking Fee
A booking fee is required for all treatments to secure your appointment.
Booking fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred once with 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments & Punctuality
Please arrive on time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rearranged, and charges may still apply.
Patch Testing
Patch tests are required for specific treatments.
If a patch test is not completed, the appointment may be cancelled and fees may still apply.
Before Your Appointment
Aftercare
Clients must follow the aftercare advice provided.
Failure to follow aftercare may result in damage, and further treatment may be refused until the area has recovered.
Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds are not offered for treatments.
If you have any concerns, please contact within 48 hours of your appointment and adjustments will be offered where possible.
Health & Safety
Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, infections or recent procedures before your treatment.
Treatments may be refused if not safe to continue.
Children & Additional Guests
For safety and insurance reasons, children and extra guests cannot attend your appointment unless I have been informed.
Photography
Before and after photos may be taken for portfolio and social media use.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let me know at the start of your appointment.
