1. Appointments & Booking
- All appointments must be booked in advance through the designated booking system, phone number, or social media page (as applicable).
- A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the final service cost.
- Without a booking fee, appointments will not be confirmed.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
- Clients must provide a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice (adjust to your preference) to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations or rescheduling with less than the required notice will result in the loss of the booking fee and may incur an additional charge.
- No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the appointment cost before making any future bookings.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future services.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late (customise) may need to have their service shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the appointment and be charged as a no-show.
4. Patch Tests & Contraindications
- Patch tests are required at least 24–48 hours before any lash, brow tinting, or similar chemical services.
- Clients who decline a patch test may be refused treatment.
- Please inform the technician of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or recent treatments (e.g., Botox, chemical peels).
- Some conditions may require postponing the service for the client’s safety.
5. Health, Hygiene & Safety
- Clients are expected to arrive with clean lashes/nails/brows, depending on the service booked.
- Clients showing signs of infection (e.g., conjunctivitis, nail fungus, cold sores, open cuts, skin irritation) may not be treated and may be asked to rebook.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Some services may not be offered under certain ages due to insurance or safety restrictions.
6. Aftercare & Maintenance
- Aftercare will be provided following your treatment.
- The technician is not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
- Lash infill appointments require at least 40–50% of extensions remaining (customise). Anything less may be charged as a full set.
7. Refunds & Complaints
- Due to the nature of the services, refunds are not offered.
- If you experience an issue with your treatment, please contact the technician within 48–72 hours so it can be assessed and, if appropriate, corrected at no extra cost.
- After this period, any fixes may incur a charge.
8. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment methods will be stated at the time of booking (cash, card, bank transfer, etc.).

9. Photography & Social Media
