For weddings, deposit is used to secure your date. Without a deposit, the date may be offered to other interested parties. Any deposit paid is deducted from the final balance.
A deposit of 30% of the total booking is required to reserve a wedding date.
Trial costs are due before the trial takes place and accepted methods of Bank transfer only.
The remaining balance is due at least 3 (three) weeks before the wedding day without exception. The accepted method of payment for this will be Bank transfer only.
Any cancellations or changes to appointments should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to adhere to this may result in future appointments requiring pre-payment.
Some of the treatments I offer require a skin/patch test a minimum of 24 hours in advance of an appointment. These are required on all treatments which involve tinting and lamination. All treatments which require a skin/patch test are advertised as such. Failure to attend a skin/patch test will require treatments to be either rescheduled or cancelled. This is for insurance purposes and client safety.
If a client has not had a treatment which requires a patch test for 6 months or more, I will require them to come for a new skin/patch test. Where a client fails to attend a patch test for an appointment where a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be non-refundable. A new deposit may be required to book another appointment.
