I recently had a consultation with Charmaine, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Even from our very first interaction over messages, she was so kind, responsive, and reassuring — it instantly put me at ease and made me feel like I was in safe hands. Meeting her in person was even better. She’s so warm, welcoming, and down-to-earth, and she created such a comfortable, judgement-free space. I was quite nervous going in, but she made me feel completely normal about how I see myself and what I wanted to improve. That alone meant so much to me. She took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and talk me through the options in a way that felt honest and not pushy at all. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best for them. On top of that, her prices are amazing for the level of care, time, and professionalism she offers — it makes everything feel so much more accessible and less intimidating. I left feeling genuinely uplifted, excited, and confident about starting this journey, which is something I never expected to feel so quickly. I recently had lip enhancements done and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The practitioner Char, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered results that look natural and beautifully balanced. The environment was so relaxing and welcoming, which really helped calm any nerves I had beforehand. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, and you could tell that hygiene and client safety are top priorities. Char is a diamond…. So professional, really put me at ease and knows her stuff! Extremely happy with the results from my treatment.
