Booking & Deposit Policy • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • The remaining balance is due on or before your treatment date. • Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received. ⸻ 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. • No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. ⸻ 3. Consultation Forms • All clients must complete a consultation form prior to every appointment. This helps us ensure your safety and tailor treatments to your needs. • Forms will be provided electronically or in person—please allow time to complete it if done on the day. ⸻ 4. Anti-Wrinkle Treatments • A pre-consultation is required for all anti-wrinkle treatments. • During this session, we’ll discuss your goals and treatment plan. You’ll also meet with our prescribing clinician, as required by law. • Appointments for anti-wrinkle treatments will only be booked after successful consultation and prescriber approval. ⸻ 5. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments or rescheduling. Appointments missed due to lateness are treated as late cancellations, and deposits will not be refunded. ⸻ 6. Age Restrictions • Clients must be 18 years or older for all injectable and advanced aesthetic treatments. Proof of age may be required. ⸻ 7. Health & Safety • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures before your appointment. • CC’s Beauty reserves the right to decline treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable. ⸻ 8.
