1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of your appointment.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any last-minute cancellations or failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the full remaining balance still being payable.
3. Travel (Mobile Service)
As a mobile artist, travel fees may apply depending on your location. This will be discussed and agreed prior to your appointment. Suitable parking or access must be provided where possible.
4. Punctuality
Please ensure you are ready at the agreed appointment time. Delays may result in reduced service time or cancellation, with full payment still required.
5. Client Preparation
Clients must arrive with a clean face (no makeup) unless agreed otherwise.
For makeup lessons, please bring your own makeup products and brushes.
6. Health & Safety
Please inform me in advance of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities. I am not liable for any reactions where this information has not been disclosed.
7. Hygiene
All tools and products are sanitised to a professional standard. I reserve the right to refuse service where there are concerns regarding hygiene, health, or safety.
8. Satisfaction
I will always aim to achieve your desired look. Any adjustments must be requested during the appointment, as changes cannot be made once the service has been completed.
9. Photography & Content
Photos and videos may be taken for portfolio and social media purposes. Please inform me in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.
10. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
