Appointments • Booking: Clients can schedule appointments through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. • Confirmation: All appointments require a booking fee of 25% of the treatment cost. You cannot book in without paying a booking fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling • Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. • No-Shows: Missing an appointment without prior notice will incur a 65% charge of the service fee.
Booking fees • Requirement: A booking fee for all services/ group bookings. • Refunds: Booking fees are non- refundable if cancellations are made with less that 48 hours notice
Pricing and Payments • Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Clients will be informed of any adjustments prior to their appointment. • Payments: Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments.
Gift Vouchers • Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. • Redemption: Vouchers must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Health and Safety • Client Responsibility: Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatments. • Hygiene: We maintain strict hygiene standards. Clients are requested to adhere to salon policies to ensure a safe environment.
