Appointment Policy
To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment shortened or may need to be rescheduled. In some cases, the full treatment cost may still apply.
No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the full appointment cost being charged.
Skin & Hygiene
Please arrive with clean skin and minimal or no makeup where possible. If you have any active infections, cold sores, or contagious skin conditions, please contact me in advance so we can reschedule your appointment safely.
