Appointment Policy
To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
Patch Test Policy
For certain treatments, a patch test is required for your safety. Patch tests must be carried out by Charlotte within the last 6 months. Patch tests completed elsewhere are not valid.
If you have not had a patch test, you must book this at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit may be forfeited.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred once. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment shortened or may need to be rescheduled. In some cases, the full treatment cost may still apply.
No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and you may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
Skin, Health & Safety
Please arrive with clean skin and minimal or no makeup where possible. If you have any active infections, cold sores, or contagious skin conditions, please inform me in advance so your appointment can be rescheduled safely.
Charlotte reserves the right to refuse or cancel any treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
