Terms of Service

Effective Date: 14/04/2025 Welcome to Innocent Beauty. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking. --- 1. **Bookings & Appointments** - All appointments must be booked in advance via the Solo App --- 2. **Mobile Service Area & Travel** - Innocent Beauty is a mobile business and will travel to your location for treatments. - Travel within 25 miles of TW9 is included. Additional travel fees may apply beyond this range. - Safe parking must be available on arrival. Any parking charges will be added to the final bill. - A deposit may be required to secure the booking, which will be deducted from the final bill. --- 3. **Cancellation & Rescheduling** - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. - No-shows or same-day cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. - Appointments can be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. --- 4. **Glass Facials – Client Info** - Clients must disclose any skin conditions, medications or recent treatments (e.g. chemical peels, microneedling) prior to booking. - A full skin consultation will be carried out before your first facial. - Aftercare advice will be provided and must be followed to maintain results and avoid irritation. - Please arrive with clean skin or be prepared to remove makeup before your treatment begins. --- 5. **Waxing Services (Launching Soon)** - Clients must ensure the hair is at least ¼ inch long for effective waxing. - Skin must be free of cuts, sunburn, rashes, or recent exfoliation (within 24–48 hours). - You may experience slight redness or sensitivity post-treatment—this is normal and usually subsides within 24 hours. - Aftercare advice will be given and should be followed to prevent ingrown hairs or irritation. --- 6. **Health, Hygiene & Safety** - All tools and equipment are fully sanitized between clients. Disposable items are used where possible. - If you are feeling unwell, have open wounds, contagious skin conditions, or cold/flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. - Innocent Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment if conditions are not safe or hygienic. --- 7. **Client Responsibilities** - Be ready at your appointment time. Delays of over 10 minutes may reduce your treatment time or result in cancellation. - Please ensure there is a clean, private area with a plug socket available for treatments. - Children or pets should be supervised or kept in a separate space during your appointment, if possible. --- 8. **Payment** - Accepted payment methods: Via Solo App. - Tips are appreciated but not expected. --- 9. **Photos & Social Media** - Before-and-after photos may be taken and used on our social media with your consent. - If you do not wish for your photos to be shared, just let us know—your privacy is respected. --- 10. **Liability** - Innocent Beauty is not liable for adverse reactions if full health/skin history is not disclosed. - Results vary per client based on skin type, adherence to aftercare, and other factors. --- 11. **Changes to Terms** - These Terms and Conditions are subject to updates.
