Terms & Bookings & Payments
• All treatments are by appointment only.
• A deposit will be required to secure your booking.
• Payments can be made online or via approved payment methods at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments or “no-shows” will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
• If you are running late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment.
Gift Vouchers & Offers
•Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated
Right to Refuse Service
•Treatments may be declined or rescheduled if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.

•By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
