1. Appointments and Deposits
- A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Deposits can be paid online or in person, as specified during booking.
- Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in loss of your deposit.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled to another available date and time.
- In the event that CHAROSE Beauty Treatments must cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to a new date or refunded upon request.
3.Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
- No refunds will be given for missed appointments or no-shows.
4. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.
5. Health and Safety
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may not be safe to proceed.
6. Liability
- CHAROSE Beauty Treatments is not responsible for any adverse reactions that occur if full and accurate health information is not disclosed by the client.
- All services are provided at the client’s own risk.
- As with all cosmetic treatments, results can vary from person to person depending on factors such as hair type, skin condition, lifestyle and aftercare, and therefore specific outcomes cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Changes to These Terms
- CHAROSE Beauty Treatments reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
